Observations and Stuff

I’m writing this on Wednesday (but when it will get posted is anyone’s guess). Yesterday I got observed by an Advanced Skills Teacher (AST) who is visiting on Tuesdays to help improve maths teaching at our school. Today I got observed by two Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) students. During that same lesson today, an Assistant Head brought a year 6 girl and her mother in during a tour of the school. No observations Monday though. Of course, I was out of school at Family Maths Day at a local primary school most of the day. But that’s okay. I have a PGCE student observing two lessons on Friday.
