A Word About Spanish Keyboards...

While I´m here, my posts may be oddly punctuated (in addition to my usual odd spelling). The letters are all in the same places on the keyboards, but the punctuation marks are all moved around. Plus, I can´t figure out how to place a question mark...

All I can to is this: ¿¿ ¡¡ ¿¿ ¡¡ I can mark a regular exclamation mark...!...but perhaps the regular question mark is broken...
