I learned this from the current issue of Wanderlust Magazine:
There are only two countries in the world whose names begin, but don’t end, with the letter A.
I figured it out. Can you?

OK. Afghanistan was easy. I don't suppose "The Argentine" would caount. I'm pretty sure that The Antilles Islands are part of somewhere else. Maybe one of those myriad "-stan" countries that appeared after the Soviet breakdown? Can't think of one. Albania, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Algeria, Austria, Australia, Antarctica? No, no, no. Hmmm. Altoona? Don't be silly. Andalusia? Nope.
So, give us a hint, Matt. Hemisphere? Continent? Historical tidbit? Don't be cruel.
